Nathan Performance Gear is partnering with Aravaipa Running to provide hydration solutions and night running gear for the remainder of the Insomniac Night Trail Running series. Nathan will supply over 80 pieces of gear to Vertigo, Hypnosis, and the Javelina Jangover to be awarded to the winners of each race and given out as raffle prizes. This year’s lineup of Nathan gear focuses on night visibility including reflective gear, LED lights, and reflective accents to their hydration paks, belts, and handhelds. These items can be critical safety items to be seen by motorists, bicyclists, and other people.
What Nathan Products are specialized for night running?
- LightSpur – A lightweight, waterproof LED spur that attaches to the heel of your shoe. Light enough to go unnoticed and secure enough not to budge, it will make you visible and safe.

Race Awards
Male and female winners of each race in the series will receive select Nathan products. Though the prizes vary by event, the prize categories will be as follows:
- Vertigo 63k, Hypnosis 62k, Jangover 100k & 75k – Race Vests
- Vertigo 31k, Hypnosis 31k, Jangover 50k & 25k – Hydration Belts or Handhelds
- Vertigo 10k, Hypnosis 15k, Jangover 7k – LED Lights or Reflective Gear

Nathan Performance Gear is offered at Aravaipa Running’s partner store, iRun, located in Phoenix. The next race of the Insomniac Night Series is only five weeks away. The Vertigo 10k, 31k, and 63k will be held at the White Tank Regional Park competitive track on July 27-28, 2013. Registration is available online or by mail-in form, and will be available all the way through packet pickup and race evening.
