We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants in connection with an event.

Withdrawal, Refunds, and Credits

In summary: we do not offer cash refunds or transfers to other participants under any circumstance. Race credits toward a future Aravaipa Running event may be available depending on the timing of your withdrawal notification. All policies are subject to the specific terms stated for each event.

Merchandise and Online Store

Our online store is powered by Square. All merchandise purchases are subject to Square’s terms of service and payment processing policies in addition to our own. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but we do not warrant that they are error-free. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. Assumption of Risk and Liability

Participation in trail running, endurance events, and related outdoor activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, illness, and in extreme cases, death.
