Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager owns the day-to-day execution of Aravaipa Running's social media presence. Working directly with the Director of Marketing, this person is responsible for content creation, community engagement, and race day coverage across our Arizona race portfolio.

Race coverage is a significant part of this job. You will be on-site at 16 events throughout the year, often starting before sunrise. The content you capture and publish in real time is one of the most visible things Aravaipa puts into the world.

Event Crew

Aravaipa is seeking a dedicated Entry-Level candidate to join our Event Crew. As a member of the Event Crew, you'll play a crucial role in setting up, breaking down, and supporting our endurance running and mountain biking events. Responsibilities include equipment handling, course preparation, and general event support.

Race Operations

Race operations staff is dedicated to the success and safety of our events. They arrive hours, if not days, before the event to set-up ensure the race meets the standards set by Aravaipa and each event's Race Director. They work overnights and long weekend shifts to produce some of the highest quality events in the industry. We are looking for passionate outdoors people who understand endurance sports and always put the safety and experience of our customers first.
