Colorado Race Director

We are currently seeking a full-time Race Director to oversee 16 events in Colorado with the support of our growing Colorado-based team on a year-round employment. The 2025 season runs from April 19 through November 14, with potential for further growth in future years. The position is based out of our Colorado Springs office and includes a hybrid work schedule.

The ideal candidate is passionate about trail running and community, thrives under pressure, demonstrates obsessive attention to detail, and can juggle big-picture vision with on-the-ground logistics. This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited for a natural leader ready to shape the future of trail racing in Colorado.

Social Media Manager & Content Creator - Colorado

We are seeking a creative, driven, and self-sufficient Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead the @aravaipacolorado social presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other emerging platforms. The ideal candidate is an active member of the running community, has an eye for viral content, and knows how to grow and engage an audience with authentic storytelling and impactful visuals.

This position requires both digital content creation during the week and on-site coverage at approximately 16 race events throughout the season (April–November), plus occasional activations like community runs or brand partnerships.

Race Operations

Race operations staff is dedicated to the success and safety of our events. They arrive hours, if not days, before the event to set-up ensure the race meets the standards set by Aravaipa and each event's Race Director. They work overnights and long weekend shifts to produce some of the highest quality events in the industry. We are looking for passionate outdoors people who understand endurance sports and always put the safety and experience of our customers first.
