Running found me during a time when I needed something to keep me steady.

What started as a way to cope became a path toward self-belief and purpose.

I’ve gone on to win races, including a first-place finish at Saddles 100 and Colossal Vail 55k, but the results are only a small part of the story.

Running makes me feel normal. It helps me manage my mental health, quiet self-doubt, and show up as a better person in every part of my life.

I don’t see myself as extraordinary. I’m an average person who struggles, questions himself, and keeps going anyway. Through running, I hope to be a reminder that progress is possible, that discipline can change lives, and that even on the hardest days, forward motion matters.

Aside from running, I love my Dalmatian Canyon who is my literal son.
