This is my second year on the racing team! I have been running since I was about 10 years old. I ran my first 5k at age 11 and really haven’t stopped since. My favorite race is Javelina! It was my first hundred miler, and I had the most magical day in the desert! My favorite place to train is at South Mountain here in Arizona. My favorite piece of gear is my trusty, old ice bandana. It has saved me through many Arizona summers. My favorite thing to do outside of running is spending time with my rescue pup. A fun fact about me is that I have been teaching K-3 students for 11 years!
