What is your most memorable race experience?

 I forget most of them that is why I keep running these long races . Seriously though when I first raced a tough 10 miler in Connecticut right before Cross Country season in under an hour I felt like I had begun to break through as a runner.

What is your favorite place to train?

 Rockefeller State Park in Westchester County in New York where I grew up. The trails are maintained for the Rockefeller family and their horse carriages and are so soft

USATF rules do not allow for headphones

When you aren’t running, what do you do with your spare time?

Work at iRUN and Spend time with my wife and puppy Manny, they both run too

What inspires you to go the ultra distance?

 I love the people I have met along the way and the feeling of performing.

Any of the ones that Jimmy Buffet wrote

What is your 2012 Race Schedule?

2012 schedule is under construction, besides the Boston Marathon and the USATF 100 Mile National Championships I have not committed to any races.
