How to use the Javelina Jundred Pacer Connection:

The Javelina Jundred Pacer Connection is designed to help prospective runners and pacers connect for the Javelina Jundred.  Pacer connection is intended to pair runners who need a pacer with pacers who desire to pace a runner.

Please do not contact the race directors personally to find you a pacer.  There will be up to 600 runners in the race, and the race does not have the time or resources to find every runner a pacer.   It is ultimately each runners’ responsibility to arrange for their own pacing team.

Runners looking for a pacer should follow the instructions under the “Pacer Needed” section below, and pacers who are willing to pace a runner should follow the instructions under the “Pacer Available” section below.

Pacer Needed

1. Check the Pacer Available List to see if there is a pacer available that meets your needs.  Contact them directly by email, and if they are able to pace you, please send their name to info@aravaiparunning.com so we can remove them from the available list.

2. Fill out the Pacer Needed form and your name will be added to the Pacer Needed List for potential pacers to find.

3. If a pacer contacts you, make the necessary arrangements directly with them.  You may also periodically check the Pacer Available List to see if a new pacer is available that can run with you.

Pacer Available

1. Check the Pacer Needed List to see if there is a runner you would like to pace.  Contact them directly by email, and if they can use you, please send their name to info@aravaiparunning.com so we can remove their name from the list.

2. Fill out the Pacer Available form and your name will be added to the Pacer Available List for runners to find.

3. If a runner contacts you, make the necessary arrangements directly with them.  You may also periodically check the Pacer Needed List to see if a new runner is available that you can pace.
